Meet the JACK Newsteam...
Chris Hubbard, News Editor:
Chris joined JACK fm in the spring of 2010. He's been in radio ever since he was a lad though.
He spent the 4 years before as a producer at a big London station until we tempted him out into the Hertfordshire countryside for a breath of fresh air.
Chris can be heard reading the news during JACK's Breakfast and throughout the day.
You can also catch him every Saturday from 9am on JACK's Interactive Brunch.
Sophie Calvert, Newsreader/Reporter:
Sophie joined JACK's newsteam in August 2010 and wasted no time, getting shortlisted for "Young Journalist of the Year" at the prestigious IRN Awards 2011.
Before we smuggled her over to our Knebworth Park Studios, she worked at several radio stations in the West Midlands.
When not out chasing stories, Sophie spends her spare time following her beloved Leeds United.
